This 12 year old quarter horse gelding presented with generalized papules and wheals over the entire thorax and ventral abdomen. On closer examination some of the papules were oozing out a clear serum like substance. Over all appetite and attitude of the horse was good. The owner reported that "every spring he breaks out like this"
