This 22 year old appaloosa gelding presented with several ulcerative lesions on the prepuce. Shown is the largest of three. The lesions had been treated with a topical antibiotic by the owner however they were not responding and started to get worse. On physical exam no other abnormalities were noted. The horse was sedated and a biopsy was submitted for histopathology.
